FAQ
FAQ
How do I secure my Mirador pergola?
Your pergola includes anchor bolts for fastening to a flat concrete surface. For deck/paver installs, consult a local professional for proper blocking/footings.
Snow or wind—will it be damaged?
Models are engineered to exceed most residential codes. Typical ratings by model: 13.8–17.7 lbs/ft² snow load and 73–82 mph wind speed. In extreme weather, keep the louvers open to reduce uplift.
Is assembly difficult?
A dedicated toolbox, labeled hardware, and a printed manual are included; video guides available. With two people and basic tools, typical install time is ~4 hours. Need installers? Email support@miradoroutdoors.com and we’ll help locate certified professionals.
Do I need a permit?
Often not, but always check local building codes and HOA rules. Spec sheets are available on request.
