Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5–8 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). We’ll email your Bill of Lading (BOL) and tracking at dispatch.

Shipping Options (Contiguous U.S.)

  • Free Standard8–12 business days after processing — $0

Delivery windows are in business days and begin after processing once your order has shipped. Remote/rural areas may add +2–5 business days.

Carriers, Delivery & Appointments

Large items ship LTL (curbside) via CEVA or WWEX. After dispatch, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are curbside to the nearest safe point accessible by truck.

Signature: An adult signature is required unless you request a no-signature waiver (NSR) in writing. If NSR is granted, loss or theft after delivery becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Regional note: Orders to CA, NV, ID, UT, or AZ are typically delivered by WWEX Logistics.

Address Verification & Access

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If you need to update it, call +1 917-695-2102 as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we will attempt an intercept, but it is not guaranteed.

Tell us in advance about gates, narrow or unpaved roads, islands, limited truck access, or lift-gate requirements. Carrier-assessed re-delivery, storage, lift-gate, or en-route address-change fees may be the customer’s responsibility for missed appointments or restricted access.

Damage & Claims

At delivery, inspect the packaging. If damaged, note it on the BOL (e.g., “carton torn,” “corner crushed”), take photos, and email support@outdoormirador.com within 24–48 hours. Concealed damage must be reported within 5 days with photos.

Order Tracking

Tracking is sent with your shipping confirmation and typically activates within 24–48 hours of dispatch. If you can’t locate it, check your spam folder or contact support@outdoormirador.com or call +1 917-695-2102.

Coverage

We currently ship to the contiguous United States and cannot deliver to PO boxes. For AK/HI/PR or international purchases, please contact support@outdoormirador.com for options.
