Return Policy
If you’re not satisfied with an item purchased from outdoormirador.com, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below and contact our team to start your return.
How to Start a Return
Email support@outdoormirador.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #” and include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). You can also call +1 917-695-2102. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
Return Window
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, refunds aren’t available; however, we’re happy to help with parts, troubleshooting, or warranty support.
Damaged or Defective Items
- On delivery: Inspect the packaging. If damaged, note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) (e.g., “carton torn,” “corner crushed”), take photos, and contact us within 24–48 hours.
- Concealed damage: Report within 5 days of delivery with photos.
- Resolution: We will replace the defective/damaged part(s) at no cost under the applicable warranty. If you prefer a refund instead of replacement, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund once the return is received and inspected.
Change-of-Mind (Buyer’s Remorse) Returns
- Items must be new, unused, and include all original packaging, hardware, and manuals.
- You are responsible for return shipping. We can provide a prepaid label and deduct its cost from your refund, or you may use your own insured carrier.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
Conditions & Exclusions
- Installed, used, modified, or incomplete items are not eligible for refund.
- Refused deliveries or missed appointments that return to sender may be treated as buyer’s-remorse returns (carrier fees, return freight, and the 15% restocking fee may be deducted).
- Third-party purchases: If you bought through Costco, Wayfair, Lowe’s, Home Depot, or another retailer/marketplace, please initiate the return with that seller per their policy.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection (typically within 3–5 business days of receipt), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds generally post within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
